The Blacksmiths Atelier
Metalsmith Jules McCrae has spent most of her working life in the Arts learning various skills. It all began with an Assoc. Dip. in Commercial Art followed by an Apprenticeship in Traditional Signwriting which led to gaining employment in the Trade Show Industry doing mural painting and prop making.
All this was teaching her how to work with multiple materials, gaining confidence to continue to grow and learn as a 3D Artist.
Jules loves engaging with her clients to create unique, personal works. The satisfaction of creating a private commission(big or small) and seeing it in it's forever home, is a reward in itself. Her works range from delicate jewellery, gates, furniture and larger sculptures.
Re-Pollinate
Remnants of a time passed, roots embedded and holding strong, determined to show its presence. Nature sees these decaying man-made structures as a host for it's own catalyst to reproduce, thrive and reclaim its territory.
